Fantastic City Stay
ample space great choice
The room had ample space and good comfort. Breakfast included a great choice of food. I liked the location very much. It was close to the city centre and a short walk to the river.

The Club Double featured adequate space for luggage and movement and included a seating area with comfortable chairs! The bed offered firm support and the provided linens felt soft and new.

Staff at the front desk were helpful with directions and check-in was efficient. The bar staff provided quick service and remembered our drink orders. Restaurant personnel ensured tables were clean and assisted with menu choices.

Really good Stay
excellent hospitality modern design central location complimentary drinks
Karen at check-in provided excellent hospitality, offering tailored suggestions. The hotel had cleanliness, and a modern design, evident throughout my visit. Its central location provided easy access to the vibrant city. I explored several attractions nearby. Complimentary drinks were available who opted out of daily room service.
There was minimal hanging space and no drawers in the room, requiring me to manage directly from my suitcase.

My Club Double featured stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. The room had climate control, a flat-screen television, and a well-stocked minibar. A modern bathroom included complimentary toiletries and plush towels, further enhancing my experience.

Concierge services were helpful, offering valuable insights for exploring nearby attractions (this helped me discover hidden gems!). faulty fridge excessive noise
The location was great, but my experience was underwhelming. Upon arrival, I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. The mini-fridge did not work, resulting in spoiled drinks (a minor inconvenience, admittedly). the noise from nearby bars late at night made it difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. I really expected a more seamless experience (given the hotel's reputation).

fantastic stay!
great location steak night
I really enjoyed my time here! the location is great, it is right in the city center so getting around was easy. dinner was lovely. I had the steak night deal.
the boiler on my floor went on at 7:15, it frightened me. i rang reception, and a very nice man said he would check it out. he never called back to say anything, frustrating.

The room was very spacious and it looked amazing. I really liked it. the bed was comfy and seemed like i was sleeping on a cloud. the chromecast function on the tv was my favourite. It allowed watching a film at night.

All the staff were very friendly. They were helpful. i felt so welcome. they always greeted me as i walked into reception. the team catered to my every need. The service was perfect.

dusty ventilation guinness shortage
the breakfast was lovely.
there was dust in the bathroom ventilation. the bar did not have guinness on two separate nights, annoying. it also lacked tonic and a specific gin I wanted.
